FAQ's

Where are you shipping from and what's your dollar?
All items are made and will be shipped from Toronto, Canada.
All prices are in CAD dollar.

The colour looks different on different computer — why is that?
Unfortunately, although computers are getting better at displaying true to life colour, depending on your browser, platform and computer setting, some colour may appear different. If you're not sure, or have a specific colour palette you're already working with, you're welcome to shoot me an e-mail. I'm working on Mac and from what I've noticed so far, PC saturates the colour a bit more. Also varies depending on your PC maker, etc.

Why is your shipping fee high?
Unfortunately, Canada Post charges relatively high fee for stamps compared to the US or UK. I try to absorb shipping fee wherever possible—if you're in North America and you're ordering for more than one item, shipping is reduced or sometimes even free.

How do you ship your items?
All items will be shipped in a flat cardstock envelope via Standard mail. This can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, however, from a personal experience, smaller items (postcard size) may be delivered faster, like, tomorrow-fast.
*If you're interested in express and/or trackable shipping, please get in touch with me before placing your order.

What about taxes, custom fees and all that fun dollar stuff?
Buyers will be responsible for any local receiving fees and/or taxes associated with the shipping.

Do you do refunds?
Unfortunately, I won't be able to do refunds.

But my item is really damaged!
With handmade things, certain flaws and imperfections are to be expected and embraced. However, exception certainly applies when it's caused by improper packing from my end. If this happens to you, please get in touch with me right away via e-mail with pictures of the product and packaging so I can assess the damage and learn from it for the future. Please mail back the item within 7 business days.
*This exception does not apply to lost mails.
